Scope of work
- Review of the qualitative data analysis report
- Political economy analysis of policies, regulations, networks and key stakeholders to inform evidence-to-policy uptake work
- A synthesis paper triangulating qualitative data findings with the quantitative data analysis
- A desktop review of literature identifying relevant research gaps for the research project
- Collaboration with the project director, co-director and wider project team to develop a project framework outlining the overall research approach
- Contextualising research tools for Rwanda, drawing on the overall project's research tools
